Chapter seven is strategic alliance practice and Chinese strategic alliance development future. It is the developed country that adopted strategic alliance earliest. So their experience has great meaning to our country. The United States， Europe and Japan"s strategic alliance each have the special features. Chinese enterprises have own advantages in the alliance， such as advantage in the market， abundant talented person， cheap labor force， certain technique advantage， resource advantage and so on， although our enterprise competence forces are not strong. Those advantages make Chinese enterprise have alliance qualification. But Chinese strategic alliance also have a lot of problem， such as some enterprise reject or blind to alliance； some enterprise cognition is not clear； the administration interferes still exist； the enterprise core competition force is weak； pay no attention to the study etc. These problems obstruct or weaken the alliance function. But along with the reform deepen and enterprise core-competence strengthen， Chinese enterprise strategic alliance has great future. In the end of the essay， I analyze Chinese enterprise strategic alliance problem and future， regarding automobile industry as the examples.
3. Main View Point and Innovation of the Essay
Strategic alliance is a hopeful and groping research task. My essay may have some problems even mistakes because of author’s knowledge level and limited material. But the essay also has a lot of innovation as following：

At the same time I study strategic alliance history origin and theory origin， analyzing strategic alliance economic effect and operation， so I construct strategic alliance theoretic system and lay the certain foundation for the further study.
（3） This essay discusses strategic alliance history and Chinese strategic alliance development systemically， so that make strategic alliance has historical bases. At the same time I explain the relation between competence and cooperation. People pay excessively attention to competence at the former time， and look down on even negate cooperation. But in fact cooperation is same important as competence， they exist simultaneous since human history begin. Enterprise strategic alliance is enterprise cooperation superficially， but in fact it is more vigorous competition. An enterprise can compete with other enterprise or other alliance through strategic alliance. On the other hand， product alliance will gradually turn into knowledge alliance or technique alliance along with alliance development.
（4） I put forward the economic effect for the first time， and analyze strategic alliance economic effect. At the same time I establish the mathematics model of strategic alliance economic effect. Strategic alliance economic effect include the effect of scale， the effect of scope， the effect of speed， the effect of knowledge， the effect of technique innovation. The meanings and reasons of economic effect are also elucidated in detail. The essay point out that strategic alliance can realize the economic effect of scale without extend the enterprise scale； it can realize economic effect of scope without extend production by cooperation； it can realize economic effect of speed through quickly respond to the market； it can realize economic effect of knowledge through the share of knowledge and mutual study； it can realize economic effect of technique innovation and produce a series of related technique creative through technique cooperation. Strategic alliance operation needs some terms， such as core-competence， organization terms， technique terms， personnel terms and culture terms.

So the essay has great practical meaning to Chinese strategic alliance.

4.Shortcomings of the Essay
Strategic alliance has great practical and theoretical meaning. Because the strategic alliance theory is comparatively new， and the relevant study is comparatively less， as well as my limited knowledge， despite I pay a lot of labor for it， the essay must have mistakes or shortcomings. I will modify and improve them in the further study. The shortcomings mainly include as following：
（1） The essay is short of strategic alliance formation causes. Because strategic alliance emergence can’t depart from background， We should pay more concerns to strategic alliance emergence causes.
（2） The theory system of strategic alliance needs further study. Because of limitation of research visual field， I can"t understand thoroughly strategic alliance contents. Some conception and contents need further study.
（3） The example analysis of Chinese strategic alliance is oversimplified.
